Programs that
Come to You

Not only do we have plenty of things for you to do here at Pioneer Farm Museum and the Ohop Indian Village, but we also have a couple types of programs that we can bring to your school.

Children of the Ohop Valley Program

This program comes to your school for a day.

It is set up in your gymnasium so that every classroom can come in for a field trip right there at school.

Both the Pioneer and Native American children's lives in the 1880's are represented.

In keeping with our teaching philosophy, each area set up is of course "Hands On".

This program is available throughout Washington state!

Centennial Craft Programs

These programs come into your school's classrooms.

Our staff brings artifacts for the class to see and learn about.

The children make a craft of your choice and hear stories about the Pioneers or Native Peoples of Washington.

Please note that Centennial Craft Programs are only available November through March and there is a minimum of 4 classrooms which will be doing a given program during the day.
