Pioneer Living Experience

Inside of the Stubb's Cabin built in 1888

This program is a Pioneer Farm Tour with extended time in each area,
a Nature Trail Tour, a Craft, Barn Chores, and Wrap Up discussion.
The evening portion of the program includes making pioneer
desserts, hearing pioneer stories, and singing pioneer songs before bed.
The group brings food to cook over the open campfire and sleeping bags
to sleep over at the farm.
Barn chores and wrap up are done on the morning after the sleep over.

You may add another program to this one
to enhance and lengthen your stay.
Staff suggestions for additional programs include
Native American Seasons Tour or Schoolhouse Lesson.
